Wonderful hip new hotel. Very friendly staff with great local knowledge. The rooms with double beds. Modern interior design. Peaceful location, just a short stroll away from The Cloth Hall. Set in a central area right by the market square and taxis and peaceful. The property of choice in Krakow.

Well-designed, brand-new room with double beds! With an electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware. Easy check-in and admirable customer service. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

Parking was a real hassle-the entrance is tight, and there's a good chance you'll struggle if you've got a larger vehicle. There were no breakfast options on-site, leaving you to hunt elsewhere. To add to the list, the Wi-Fi was patchy at times, which could be a bother if you want to stay connected. You might also find some noise leaking in from neighboring rooms. Finally, don't expect any cutlery in your room. I could've done with a little more in-house convenience.

It is a fantastic and wonderful property located in Old Town district close to a shop as well as Close to transport. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly and really care about the guests. It offers superb services...

Family with children paradise

Could not fault this place. The super nice team, they even took care of our bags when our room wasn't ready upon arrival, so we could explore without luggage! The room was HUGE and super clean! I mean it was like no one had ever set foot in there before! Everything functioned perfectly, we even had a fridge stocked with drinks, great for late-night snacking. Plus, a supermarket right across the street for anything else we needed!

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was worth it for the experience.

Art boutique aparthotel is super cute! Well decorated, and the location is perfect for exploring krakow. Plus, there were loads of good food places nearby. Checking in was easy and we got an early check in. Loved that there's a cute starbucks right next door!

Only downside was the noise from the roadwork outside the hotel, hard to get in and out with luggage. The room layout wasn't what we expected for privacy.
